As a Fiduciary, Our Clients are The Top Priority

Many people believe that all advisors are legally required to act in the client’s best interest. This is not true. Only Financial Advisors who are fiduciaries must put clients first.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulates all registered investment advisors as fiduciaries. The fiduciary standard requires advisors to uphold an ethical relationship of trust and act with the highest standard of care. Financial professionals who are not fiduciaries comply with the suitability standard, which is quite different. Suitability only requires an adequate reason to believe the recommendation fits the client’s financial situation.

As fiduciaries, PVG Asset Management provides the highest standard of care to clients, which means you can expect:

  • Undivided loyalty and utmost good faith
  • No commissions, product sales, frequent account trading or financial incentives
  • Independent and objective analysis and recommendations
  • Comprehensive, transparent, timely and full-disclosure reporting
  • No conflicts of interest
